Bearish Outlook Continues for Ishares Lehman 20yr (NYSE: TLT) Says Market Timer Frank Kollar

Shares of the ETF Ishares Lehman 20 Year (NYSE: TLT) have lost over 20% in the past two months, with the bulk of the losses occurring in January. In February, they traded mostly sideways in a fairly tight range between $105 and $102.
The trading range is still holding, with TLT closing Wednesday at $102.12, but the last four short term rallies have all ended in lower highs, pointing to a likely break below the $102 support level, and then lower lows in coming weeks.
