No Trend For Ishares Lehman 20 Yr (AMEX: TLT) Says Market Timer Frank Kollar

Exchange-traded fund Ishares Lehman 20 Yr (AMEX: TLT) has made huge moves both up and down these past two weeks. What happens next?
TLT rallied off strong support back on June 12 th. Since then, TLT has hit highs in the $85.30 range and lows around $83.30. This is an ETF that will not be range bound for much longer. Our expectation if for a break out to the upside, but traders should go with the trend. Look for a close above $85.30 for long positions or a close below $83.30 for short positions.
